CP Ng is a graduate in Hydraulic Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He began his career in 1990 as a production manager in the manufacturing industry and has held positions as a quality assurance manager, project manager and factory manager specialising in the areas of engineering and management for local and foreign corporations for 12 years.

After gaining the related management experience in most of the working environment, Ng took up new challenges as a management consultant and trainer with a Singapore and Malaysia consultancy firm. In 2002, he founded BIM Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a consulting and training firm to provide management solutions to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as big corporations.  In the last nine years, Ng had consulted and trained SME managers, executives and supervisors in areas such as Balanced Scorecard (KPI), Business Process Reengineering, Lean Production and various ISO certifications.

Ng obtained his ISO lead Assessor certificate from SGS Yarsley Int.UK and has performed the ISO certification audit in association with the certification body (CB). He is a registered management consultant with Malaysia Productivity Corporation- MITI; certified trainer with Human Resource Development Corporation- MHR, Malaysia and Machwurth Team International, German.

Ng is currently the Deputy Chairman of the SME & HRD committees in Klang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI), Selangor; committee member of SME & HRD committees in Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Malaysia (ACCCIM). He is also a panel SME service provider (SMESP) of ACCCIM, providing consulting and coaching services to members of SMEs in areas of management.

Besides being a management consultant for the business industry, Ng is a Buzan Licensed Instructor and conducts the Buzan Mind Mapping® programme in Mandarin to the Chinese community and members of the SME. He uses the Buzan Mind Mapping® technique to promote thinking in innovation and creativity, such as the Innovative & Creative Circle (ICC), in business environment and to help develop managers into effective thinking leaders of today.
